JamDev is a small indie Roblox studio (Steal a Dino / Break and Steal Animals, with a new release every few weeks). You'll build and ship gameplay systems in Luau inside Roblox Studio -- new mechanics, UI, fixes -- taking a feature from idea to a working build. What we need: solid Luau, comfortable in Roblox Studio, ships without hand-holding, communicates on Discord. How it works: async, by task, small team, your code gets reviewed before it ships. Pay: discussed in the interview.
