1. Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Risor:

• Email address — used for account creation, purchase confirmations, and order updates.
• Discord ID & username — collected when you sign in via Discord OAuth, used to link your account and deliver products through Discord if applicable.
• Order history — records of products purchased, transaction IDs, and download activity, used to provide access to purchased files and for fraud prevention.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment data.
• Usage data — basic server logs (IP address, browser/OS type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring. Not sold or shared.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Deliver purchased digital products to you.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, delivery links).
• Provide customer support and resolve disputes or refund requests.
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Improve our products and website (aggregated analytics only).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Processors

We share data with the following processors as necessary:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe collects and stores your payment details subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Google Drive — secure storage and delivery of purchased template files. Files are stored in a Risor-controlled Drive folder and accessed via time-limited download links.
• Discord — authentication via OAuth and optional delivery. Your Discord data is handled per Discord's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order records are kept for a minimum of 3 years to comply with accounting and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 6); order records required for legal compliance may be retained in anonymised form.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our site does not use third-party analytics scripts that set cookies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@risor.gg. We will respond within 30 days.
