1. License to Use Templates

When you purchase a template or digital product from Risor, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use that product within your own Roblox experiences. You may modify the template for your personal or commercial Roblox projects.

This license is for the final product only. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the template source files or any substantially similar derivative to third parties, whether free of charge or for payment.

2. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling or redistributing template source files — paid or free.
• Uploading template assets to Roblox in a way that grants third parties unrestricted access to the source.
• Using Risor branding, name, or imagery to misrepresent your own products.
• Attempting to circumvent payment, access controls, or delivery mechanisms.
• Any use that violates Roblox's Terms of Service or Community Standards.

3. Account & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Risor account. You must not share account credentials or allow others to access downloads on your behalf. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to submit fraudulent orders, charge-backs without contacting support first, or abuse the review or support systems.

4. Intellectual Property

All templates, assets, scripts, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Risor and its contributors. Purchasing a product grants you the usage license described in Section 1; it does not transfer copyright or ownership.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Risor makes no guarantees that templates will be compatible with all Roblox updates or third-party plugins. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Risor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
