• Salary: 6-12% revenue share + bonus pool

Earn a share of every sale you bring to Risor: 6-10% of Risor's own revenue from sellers you recruit (6 months), 4-8% on sales you close yourself in support with your coupon, 8-12% when you sell a Destaque/Maximo plan upgrade, plus 60% of the "I'll build your ad" service fee (US$15 each) every time you run it. Trainee -> Member -> Lead raises every percentage, and the team splits a monthly bonus pool worth 2% of everything it generated that month (50/30/20 to the top 3). Paid monthly (Pix, Wise, store credit or Robux), 14 days after the sale, US$10 minimum.
