• Salary: 3-20% revenue share + bonus pool

Earn 3-5% of Risor's revenue from every Risor Partner you close (12 months), 10-15% of every sponsorship deal you land (events, clip campaigns, banners, posts), 20% of Risor's profit from any creator channel you bring in that sells video through Creators (12 months), and 5% when a studio you worked with hires or posts a paid job. Same Trainee -> Member -> Lead ladder and the same monthly 2% team bonus pool, split 50/30/20 among the top 3.
