The team's monthly fund is built from 20% of Discord cosmetic sales, 15% of sponsored events/jams, 20% of Risor Community+ subscriptions and 20% of paid event tickets -- then split among the team by points the bot measures: events run, attendance, new members who stay 7 days, event ratings. A Lead's points count 1.5x.
